Forum “Loyal Buyer: Where is its button?”

Spekl is a team that has been in business for over 20 years and doesn't stop developing and following trends on the market. Last week we visited the forum the XV International Forum “Loyal Buyer: Where is its button?”. This is an annual forum, whose purpose is to introduce market participants with the latest innovations, concepts and cases related to customer experience.

Among the participants are eminent industry experts such as Cosima Churchill Global CRM Manager Care by Volvo (Stockholm), founder of the strategic design agency Rethink (Tallinn) Yana Kukk, founder and CEO of Wednesday Relations (Stockholm). The forum lasted two days which were divided thematically. The format of the event was open, seminars, which were classified into separate sections, were held. At first, the conversation concerned the theory, later it was confirmed and explained on the example of specific cases.

Discussions related primarily to the communication with the client and current issues of the loyalty system. Loyalty Forum is: - 300+ participants; - 30+ cases, good examples to improve future work; - 40+ speakers who could really bring new ideas, because they aren't new in their field and have an experience that they could share. But the most important thing is that such an event is a new experience and knowledge for our team, which will surely turn into new solutions and innovations for our customers’ projects.

Pretty soon, Kyiv will join the list of cities that are actively pursuing Smart City policies which are aimed to develop infrastructure. With the help of such decisions, the capital will become more technologically advanced and living for hundreds of thousands of people will be more comfortable.
